Using a 32-bit high-speed CPU, the display uses a high-resolution LCD panel.
Fully digital design, easy installation, assembly, and tension setting process.
Supports single/dual detector input signals, and is suitable for various tension sensors as input signals.
Micro-displacement tension detector (input signal range is ±300mV; operating voltage 5V).
Strain gauge tension detector (input signal range is ±20mV; operating voltage 10V).
Supports proximity switch and decoder input signals to implement taper tension control function..
DC 24V/4A dual output can directly control magnetic powder brake/clutch.
Equipped with A/B axis switching function and supports preparatory force output and acceleration/deceleration control.
Support output DC 0~10V, 4~20mA to drive inverter or servo motor.
Supports Modbus RTU communication protocol, RS232/485 communication and PLC, PC connection control the system.
Password lock and panel lock can be set to prevent misoperation.
